The dispatch takes place with the Swiss Post.
For all deliveries outside of Switzerland, import duties (fees, import duties, VAT) may be charged, which are determined by the destination. They are calculated according to the country of manufacture / origin and classification of the goods and collected once your package has reached the country. Persa does not withhold any duties or taxes during the payment process and cannot predict what the possible duties will be. In case of such additional charges, they must be paid. The customer bears the costs for this. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's policies.
If the respective offer does not contain any special information or instructions, the goods will be delivered after the specified period has expired. You can find more information in our privacy policy under §5. Note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased from us or if an item does not suit you, you can of course return it to the delivery address below within 14 days. Please send us an email to support@persaclo.com in advance . We will then send you the returns form.
Please note that we can only accept new, unworn, unwashed and undamaged items in their original packaging. Be careful not to remove labels or soil items. The goods must not show any signs of use.
Please do not send the product back to us freight collect or uninsured! The customer bears the shipping costs for the return. We recommend insured shipping with a tracking number. Please have a return receipt issued and keep it safe so that you can prove your return in the event of loss.
Enclose the return form you filled out. If the return form is missing or has not been filled out completely, the return may not be processed. Once your return has arrived, your return will be processed according to the information you provided on the return form. Please note that this process can take up to 7 working days. The return takes place in the same way as the payment.
